    I had an very nice stay at this hotel in Kharkiv. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. The facilities were great, with a rooftop pool and a bar with a fine view. The highlight of my trip was the dolphin show and aquarium on the hotel. The spa and fitness facilities were also excellent. The hotel even had a kids club, a bonus for families traveling with children. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and fantastic amenities.

    Located in a beautiful park, this hotel offers exquisite views and easy access to all attractions. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern bathrooms. the staff are friendly and extremely helpful, making sure your every need is met. Enjoy a delicious breakfast or a refreshing beer in the park, and take a dip in the sparkling clean pool.

    The complementary champagne and cake for New Year's Eve were a nice touch, and we really appreciated it. the hotel's location was very convenient as it was close to the city center and some good restaurants. We also liked the heated indoor pool, it was very relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

    The noise from the construction nearby was quite loud during the day, which made it difficult to take a nap or work from our room. the breakfast service was a bit disorganized and the staff seemed overwhelmed.

    The hotel had great facilities including a spa, pool, and playgrounds nearby. It was located in a beautiful park close to transportation and the city center, making it easy to explore. The staff were friendly and spoke English well. Breakfast was also good.

    Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

    The hotel had a very convenient location as it was in close proximity to parks and other attractions. The food was great and there was a fantastic spa that stayed open until late at night which was a great bonus.

    There was construction work going on in the hotel, which was extremely noisy and disruptive. Another downside was the fact that the elevators were out of service during my stay, which was particularly inconvenient.

    Entering the hotel, I was greeted by the luxurious and exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was beautifully designed and had a variety of treatments available. I enjoyed the sauna and steam room, and the full body massage was amazing. the indoor swimming pool was well-maintained, and the sun terrace was a great place to relax. the restaurant served delicious food, and the poolside snack bar was convenient for a quick bite. I appreciated the location advantages, as the hotel was situated in the middle of a beautiful park and walking distance to downtown.

    The service was good overall, but I noticed one minor issue with some unattentive staff at times. this was outweighed by the positive aspects of the hotel.
